Meet Daria

When purchasing real estate in a tourist destination, trying to navigate the market in a foreign country can be a daunting task. Fortunately, there are area experts who can take the lead.  From an established Toronto broker to a successful Los Cabos agent, Daria has many years of experience connecting clients to their dream homes and has taken her skillset to the Baja peninsula. 

Born and raised in Toronto, Daria started her real estate career in 2002 when she obtained her real estate license when working with firm focused on new construction residential and hotel developments, her career transitioned when she operated a team in Toronto, in one of North America’s most competitive real estate markets. While they were successful, she and Paul were ready to move on to their next adventure. Recently, they sold all of their belongings and pursued their dream of living and working in a warmer climate. Los Cabos, Mexico has felt like a second home to Daria and Paul, sending weeks at a time over the past decade. Feeling connected to the environment, culture and people, living and selling real estate in Los Cabos is a match made in heaven. 

Their primary demographic are vacation home owners, ex-pat buyers and investors who are interested in luxury real estate in one of many Los Cabos’ beautiful communities. As an expat and experienced real estate professional, Daria is well-equipped to help her clients navigate Los Cabos’ rapidly growing real estate market, whether her clients are purchasing property sight unseen or are highly familiar with the area. She loves using her unique interior design skillset to set her clients up for success. 

For Daria, one of the greatest aspects of living and working in Los Cabos is the work-life balance. She and Paul are able to serve their clients while enjoying more of what life has to offer. By helping clients achieve her dreams of homeownership in Mexico, Daria is living her dream, as well.
